Worship

All are welcome to worship
God in Word (read and preached) and to receive God's "real presence" at
the Eucharist (also called Communion, Lord's Supper, Mass). During the Fall and Spring semesters, ECOM worships on Sundays at 5:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. The ECOM Mass is
enriched by music in a traditional yet less-formal setting. Students
serve as readers, chalice bearers, ushers, greeters, and acolytes. If you are interested in serving, please click here.
St. Peter's Episcopal Church also offers services all year round. Mass (Holy Eucharist) services on Sunday are at 7:45 a.m. (Rite I), 9:00 a.m. (Rite II) and 11:00 a.m. (Rite II).
St. Peter's also offers the Office (Service) of Morning Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer, Monday-Friday, at 8:30 a.m. This service is a brief, peaceful way to start the day.
Seasonal worship offerings, like Holy Week, are scheduled throughout the year.
The doors of St. Peter's Episcopal Church remain open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please feel free to use our sacred space for prayer, rest, and contemplation whenever you have the need.
"What to expect when you visit an Episcopal Church" gives new-comers a behind-the-scenes look at our unique approach to engaging God through the Liturgy ("work of the people in worship").
